Our nano-brewery produces craft beer in small batches of 500-2000L. Our dedication to using natural, unfiltered processes and sustainable practices helps us create a unique and vibrant flavor in every sip.
Crafted with Care and Flavour
Our beer is unfiltered, which means we skip the extra processing steps and keep the beer as natural as possible. This gives our brews a more robust body and often adds a slight cloudiness. Why go unfiltered?
Rich Flavor & Texture: Unfiltered beer keeps essential proteins, yeasts, and other elements in the brew, creating a fuller, more complex taste and mouthfeel that enhances the beer’s depth and character.
More Nutrients & Freshness: Leaving the beer unfiltered retains additional vitamins and nutrients that are naturally present in the ingredients, keeping your beer fresh and lively.
When you pick up one of our bottled beers, you may notice a bit of sediment at the bottom—that's the natural byproduct of unfiltered brewing. For the best experience, we suggest a gentle pour, leaving just a touch of the sediment in the bottle.
Vegan-Friendly Brewing
We’re proud to say our beer can be considered vegan-friendly! Unlike some breweries, we don’t use animal-based fining agents (such as isinglass or gelatin) in our brewing process, so our beer is free from animal-derived products. We do, however, recommend asking about specific beers if you have any concerns, as we’re happy to provide more details.
Community-Focused & Sustainable Practices
We believe in giving back to our community and using our brewing process to support local businesses and minimize waste. All of our spent grain—what’s left after brewing—is repurposed in two ways:
Supporting Local Farms: Our spent grain goes to a local farmer who uses it as nutritious feed for his livestock. This sustainable practice not only reduces waste but also supports local agriculture.
Dog Treats for our Furry Guests: We also use our spent grain to make dog treats, which we give out for free to any dogs who visit our tasting room with their humans. It’s our way of saying thanks to our four-legged friends while ensuring every part of our brewing process is put to good use.
